Toughy quickly removes carbon, grease and fats on ovens, grilles, fryers and barbeques.
DIRECTIONS
- For cleaning ovens, fryers and grilles preheat before cleaning, then shut unit off before applying product. This product contains caustic soda and rubber gloves MUST be worn when using.
- COMMERCIAL OVENS
- Use full strength by applying Toughy directly to walls, racks, burners and glass. Allow 15 minutes contact time. Stubborn areas may require light agitation using a soft nylon scrubbing pad. Rinse well with potable water and wipe dry.
- GRILLS, FUME HOODS, and PIZZA OVENS
- Mix 1 part Toughy with 1 part water and apply liberally using a soft cloth or brush. Allow 5-10 minutes contact time. Wipe clean using a damp cloth or sponge and rinse well with potable water. Apply a thin coat of shortening to prevent rusting.
- DEEP FRYERS
- Remove any excess grease. Fill up to 10 cm from top with cold water. Add 25-40 ml of Toughy per litre of water. Boil solution for 30 minutes. Drain and flush off using hot water. Scrub the greasy residue while still warm then rinse well with potable water. Wipe dry.
